Poor delivery process

Very pretty, but the dresser drawers stick, and rub against one another when closing the drawers. Also, when delivered, the delivery crew was not equipped/able to carry it upstairs to my son's room. They said they needed another person. For the price I paid, I expected the delivery process to be better handled. I had to hire another company to come a different day to carry it upstairs. Very annoying.
