SHIPPING ERROR / MANUFACTURING DEFECT
if you find a shipping error or manufacturing defect, please email us within 7 business days at quack@ducducnyc.com with your order number and best contact so we can resolve the issue promptly.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
for quick-ship 'studio duc' items (juno, indi, knox) - if you discover shipping damage - please notify us prior to assembly - as we can readily send you a new part and avoid the hassle of you disassembling and reassembling your item.

for white glove deliveries - if shipping damage is discovered please email us at quack@ducducnyc.com so we can resolve your issue - we will happily send a tech when appropriate or in extreme cases replace the item if that is deemed necessary

*photos will always be required to verify shipping damage or manufacturing defects - kindly provide these in your initial email to expedite your resolution.
