ducduc
The idea for ducduc came out of Philip Erdoes' unsuccessful search for modern children's furniture, which can be used for a long time and in a flexible manner. After inspiring the other three founders, Brady Wilcox, David Harris and Rebby Gregg for the project, ducduc was brought to life in 2004. The four founders are further supported in their playful and contemporary designs by a team with a strong educational background.
Interview
What do you consider the most important work of your career> Whatever we are working on.
In what ways does New York inspire your work? The most inspiring aspect of New York for ducduc right now is that so many young families have decided to stay and raise children in the city providing us with endless ideas, improvements, and encouragement. Does a typical New York Style exist? No. That's the beauty of it! How do you imagine New York in the future? Always evolving, always challenging, always dynamic.
